What’s Love Got To Do With It?

It seem that any type of food restaurant tastes so good but not as good as it being homemade. For me there isn’t any other food that tastes better than when my mom makes it. A lot of people say when they make a homemade dish that they made it with extra love. What they mean is that they added a special ingredient that makes it taste better and different from the rest.

Is It Just About The Job?

After Montag is reflecting what type of work a fireman has to do he doesn’t support it no more. It seems more difficult for Montag to deal with because he’s realizing how it affects the owners of the houses that are being burned down. Montag is trying to get the firemen to realize what they’re doing is wrong. His plan is to place a book inside the houses of the fireman and to burn it down. From my thoughts onto doing something that hurts someone it is not right to do, I would reject that order. An important value onto doing our job isn’t to do it for the money but for what you enjoy doing as a lifestyle.

Calling My Shot

For the essay based off Fahrenheit 451 I was worrying if I was going to have enough time to complete it. I wasn’t sure if the 45 minutes of class would be good enough to finish a 5 paragraph essay. Eventually 6th period came and I was excited to see how far I was able to finish. Overall I felt that I had done a good job and put enough explanations for the dynamic character and after all I had completed the 5 paragraphs.

Failing To Plan Is Planning to Fail

Montag and Fabre plan to put books inside other fire fighters houses and turn on the alarm so that they can feel how other people’s home get burned down and lose everything they had. They are trying to get the firemen to realize what they’re doing is wrong and that they should stop.

20 Questions

The assumptions that the reader can make about Montag is that he likes to see things get burned down into ashes. Also instead of trying to make the fire go away he provokes it.

After they had stopped their conversation Clarisse asks Montag how long he has been a firemen as if she knew him was just catching up. At first Montag takes it as a joke and starts to laugh but then realizes that Clarisse’s question has a point.

Three odd things that I’ve learned from Clarisse is that people are always watching tv and don’t have face to face conversation, they’re always home with the lights out so people think they’re not home and Leonard Mead from the Pedestrian is Clarisse’ uncle.
